What is a DTF Transfer?
A DTF Transfer (Direct to Film) is a digitally printed heat-transfer used to decorate almost any fabric. Your design is printed on a special PET film and applied to garments using a heat press. Ideal for t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and more.
What is a Gang Sheet?
A gang sheet is a printable sheet where you place multiple designs to save on cost. Our standard gang sheet is 58 × 100 cm: arrange your designs as you wish, as long as they fit on the sheet.

How Much Do DTFZONE Ultra Soft DTF Transfers Cost?
Our standard gang sheet is 58 × 100 cm at Rs 375 per sheet.

What is the Turnaround Time?
- We print and prepare your orders by 5:00 PM the next business day (Monday to Friday).
- Pickups are ready the same day once notified, before 5:00 PM.
Pickup and Delivery
We currently deliver within Mauritius only.
- Pickup: ready within 24 hours.
- Same-day pickup: Rs 100 extra per meter.
- Delivery: within 3 days by a third-party delivery service, Rs 175 to your chosen location. The delivery person will call you to arrange a time.
- Free delivery on orders from Rs 3,750 (10 sheets).
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company; our team does its very best to dispatch on time.
Can I Cancel or Edit My Order?
Yes—if your order has not yet been printed, you may cancel or request changes (including in design or layout). Once printing has started, we cannot make changes.
Do You Allow Exchanges?
No, because every item is custom-made. However, we do accept design or layout updates if your order is not printed yet.
What If I Receive Bad Prints?
DTF printing is still a new technology, and sometimes issues may occur. If you get poor quality or defective prints, we’ll take care of it. Email cs@dtfzone.mu with clear photos and we will reprint your order at no cost.
How Do I Know If My Order Has Shipped?
You'll receive a notification via email and optionally via SMS once your order is shipped or ready for pickup.
How Can I Track My Order?
By creating a DTFZONE member account, you can check your order status at any time and keep track of your purchases.
Not Sure If Your Design is DTF-Ready?
Email your artwork to quotes@dtfzone.mu and we’ll review it free of charge, giving feedback to ensure your prints come out perfectly.
Can I Use an Iron to Apply DTF Transfers?
It’s possible, but not recommended. For best results, a heat press is required to provide even temperature and pressure. Using an iron may result in poor adhesion or patchy print quality.
